Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B)
A base station receiver that decodes periodically transmits messages to aircraft, drones & vehicles containing position, altitude, velocity, call sign, and then generates status and position reports to the Air Traffic Management applications. The data output of the station is transmitted to our ATM system or to any standard-compliant ATM and is presented to the controllers in a manner similar to, but with higher accuracy, the presentation of radar data.
Digital Automatic Terminal Information System (DATIS)
A system that collects, processes, and automatically broadcasts weather and safety-critical information to pilots about their airport departure & arrival conditions, thus automating the controller’s communication with the pilot in clear datalink.
Aeronautical Message Handling System (AMHS)
